Sleep training Ferber method

My little girl is 4 months old today and we’re on day 3 of the Ferber method. I am sooo proud of her. The first nap on day 1 was rough having to leave her cry and wait for check in bless her but she has hardly been needing check ins and is falling asleep all by her self for long periods! She didn’t get up until 10am this morning.

I know she’s young, but she’s proved she is ready and she can do it. I’ve only had to do maybe 3 check ins in one time max and most of her naps she doesn’t needed to be checked in on. I can’t believe how well she is doing.

She needed to be rocked and bounced to sleep for half an hour or so before being put in her next to me crib before.
