SOS. Weird period coming off Depo Vera BC

I am 30. When I was 14 I had to be put on BC pills because my uterine lining was too thick and it would cause me to bleed 2x/mo. I eventually stopped to see if it had corrected it, and it had.

Later in life I was on Depo Vera for 5yr without a period at all. I stopped taking it because it is unnatural and unhealthy for the body. My last injection was July 2020. I just started bleeding Jan 19, 2021 to the 23rd. It wasn't normal flow. It was mainly only coming out when I peed type of deal, but still not super light. I guess you could say it was medium? It was the dark pink, but a lot when I wiped. No goop on the liner type of period. It stopped.

Jan 31, 2021 I was put under such severe, life changing family stress- I spotted a bit. Feb 1st I stopped spotting. Was sexually active. The next morning, of Feb 2nd, I had some actual blood right before I got in the shower. Felt it come out onto the liner status.. Feb 3rd, I went pee and there was blood again in the toilet and when I wiped.

Should I be concerned? Or should I just let my body do what it is doing since it hasn't bled in 5yr?

Please help. I am disabled and have enough physical ailments. I cannot wear a mask so my gynecologist refuses to see me, even though they did 6mo ago. Idk what to do or think 💔
