Please help
So I had a missed miscarriage in August. At my 9 weeks 3 day scan the baby measured at 6 weeks 3 days with no heartbeat. This pregnancy I've minimal if any real symptoms. Mild cramp and stretching and off and on naseua. My scan is Tuesday and I will 6 weeks 4 days. I'm so nervous that and I praying for a healthy baby.
