Mental health luv
So I got diagnosed w bi polar this year and I’m on meds and I’m getting discouraged because no antidepressant has worked for me and I’m slowly losing interest in the things I love sleeping in super late and bad hygiene. I try giving myself a routine but I sleep through alarms and just sit and do nothing all day 🥲 I feel hopeless at this point and just wanna get better. Any tips would be appreciated
