Baby movements??

I’m 16 weeks with #2 and for the past few days mostly in the evenings I’ve been feeling a stretching and flipping motion a little below my belly button and some quick jabbing sensations. With my first baby she felt like bubbles when moving so this is totally different. I also might have an anterior placenta from what my doctor said, so I’m wondering if that’s maybe why it feels different. I’m pretty convinced it’s baby moving around but has anyone else felt this while pregnant especially with an anterior placenta?
