Bleeding

I am currently 5 weeks 5days pregnant after a frozen ivf cycle. Yesterday (at 5weeks and 4 days) we had an ultrasound and saw a picture perfect yolk sac and gestational sac measuring right on track. About 2 hours later I started to bleed... and it got heavier throughout the day, until it looked like a period around 6pm. After resting overnight- thankfully the bleeding stopped (I did get the rhogam shot today just in case). I asked our nurse and she thinks baby is ok because there was no blood around the baby during the ultrasound. I have a redo ultrasound to make sure, but just wondering if anyone had something similar happen with a favorable outcome? I’m hoping the probe just irritated my cervix, but I’m just hoping baby is ok!
