i need advice...
so when quarantine started, i was like “screw it i’ll learn a new language” so i picked dutch, because it seemed easier than other languages i could’ve picked. it’s been almost a year since i started learning and i’m not doing too bad. i’m far from fluent, but i can form basic sentences and i’m pretty good with the grammar.
but now i want to start learning korean. but i don’t want to give up learning dutch because i already started. and learning korean will be reeeeaally hard because it’s a whole different alphabet.
anyways...i made a list of pros for learning korean and pros for learning dutch.
pros for learning dutch🇱🇺
-i already started and know basic sentences and grammar
-same alphabet
-i already have the resources
-korean will be very hard to learn
pros for learning korean🇰🇷
-i might enjoy learning korean more because of my interest in korean culture
-my sister wants to learn korean so i would have someone to practice with
-there are plenty of korean movies and music i can watch/listen to to help me learn
-bts...😅😅
anyways thanks you reading this big mess of a post. what’s your opinion on this? which do you think i should learn?
