Help!

I had a missed miscarriage 2 weeks ago as of this past Monday, baby stopped growing at 9w2d I passed baby at what should have been 11w3d, my HCG levels were about 8,500 the day before I passed the baby, 7,500 the next day and were 183 this Monday. I am not bleeding really at all, it’s mostly pink when I wipe and the sac has almost completely disappeared. Has anyone gotten a positive ovulation test so soon after miscarrying? I’ll post a picture of the ovulation test in the comments
