Trying to conceive after IUD removal

I had my hysteroscopy in mid june 2015 and they realised that i was suffering from asherman's syndrome so they dicided to insert IUD Inara, my gyno suggested to live it in for 3months before removing it,since the insertion ive been getting my periods regularly.On 4th November 2015 thats when i decided to remove the IUD but since its removal i havent got my periods yet which were due 15th November,has anyone experienced such a situation?Im kind of stressed bse me and my patner are trying for a baby but how will i be able to conceive if i havent seen my periods can anyone advice me on what to do please!!!!
