C-section?

I am 20 weeks and 3 days today 
Every ultrasound I have had done my sweet boy has been in breach position starting to worry that I may have to have a c-section I know it’s not the worse thing as long as my boy is healthy that’s all I care they scheduled me to go for another anatomy scan I had my first one done at 18 weeks seems a little odd that I’m going in for another anatomy scan at a different location just curious if any mommas on here have went through this and can give me any feedback

At 20 weeks, baby has so much room to move around yet, it is probably breech in the morning, sideways in the afternoon, and head down by night. Baby’s can even flip up until labor starts. Your doctor won’t be worried about baby being breech or even think of a c section until closer to 34-36weeks when there is less room for baby to move.

Tons of time to flip! My daughter never flipped so I had the procedure to flip her at 37 weeks. If it comes down to it, don’t let people scare you into not doing it! If you really want a vaginal birth do your spinning babies exercises and if it comes down to it try the procedure to flip! My midwife preformed it with a doc and I just felt pressure. Nothing compared to child birth 😉

My last pregnancy my little girl was always breach up until like 36 weeks. Then she flipped and stayed that way. :)

This has never happened to me but I'm 21 weeks now but last week on my anatomy I got told I would have to go back because they couldn't see everything they wanted. I did get told baby was head up and feet down and I have 2 kids myself and never had that happen so I'll see what happens next week. Hopefully nothing is wrong with your baby and they're just trying to be cautious.

No need to worry yet, baby still has plenty of time to flip. My first was head-down at my anatomy scan and then she ended up flipping and presented frank breech at 36 weeks. She was a big baby (9lbs 7oz) so she got herself stuck. There’s no need to worry about babe being breech until 36 weeks. Even then, there’s still a chance babe could flip.

Don’t worry hun. 3 of mine were head down at 20 weeks, while my 4th baby is laying sideways. Really she’s all over the place, I feel her go sideways, head down etc. we have a ways to go, baby will flip. ❤️

You still have a lot of time. If you are worried and want to work towards helping encourage baby head down, check out spinning babies and see if your provider approves of you doing the daily exercises.

You're only 20 weeks, baby will more than likely flip. My first was breech at 20 weeks and flipped by week 28, I just had my anatomy scan today and baby boy is also breech, but I'm sure he will flip.
