‼️Lost 62LB since June 2020‼️

I gave birth to my daughter in June of 2020. I gained 53lb during pregnancy and at 4 weeks postpartum I started gaining more weight. I worked out every day during pregnancy and continued working out at 5 days postpartum (with approval of my doctor) but the weight wouldn’t budge. I changed some things up and really committed myself to my health and the weight started to fall off! I’m now below prepregnancy weight and continuing to lose!!
