Acne while pregnant?!

Ok so since I was young I always suffered from cystic acne but about a year before I got pregnant my skin was so clear and glowy besides me having some scarring and I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I swear I look like I did in middle school/high school 😭so inflamed and breaking out in cystic acne soo bad!! Did this happen to anyone else?! How can I treat it without using harmful topical creams

YES! My acne has gotten very bad. I have found African black soap to help as well as hydraulic acid (safe in pregnancy)

Umm ya. It’s terrible. I have cystic acne all over my body now. Like my whole torso is covered. It’s awful and even if I don’t touch them, they scar. I just started using Clean And Clear Body and it’s actually helping! I also started using a facial cleansing brush. Normally I would just wash my face with face wash and go to bed, but now I have to use the brush and just regular old soap and then I switch between regular facial lotion that’s gentle and Aveeno clear complexion (I think that’s it) every other night. It’s gentle too. 
I’ve never had body acne so it’s not fun. It better go away after she’s born.

I never had it in high school like I have it now. I’m 13w2d and it’s so painful! See an esthetician and get a facial. They can give you better recommendations for pregnancy safe skin care. I use an organic skin care line (Eminence Organics) it can be a bit pricey but its worth it.
