Weirdly sick? What’s going on?

Got a question for you guys. My fiancé tested positive for Covid Tuesday, and I last saw him Friday, meaning that I’ve been exposed. I’m getting tested later today (Thursday), but ever since his diagnosis, I’ve been very out of wack. My lower back hurts off-and-on, I’m hungry and nauseous (even when I eat), my forehead’s been hurting since Monday (it’s better now but still hurts), I shiver and am randomly cold (even when the temperature is comfortable), I’m exhausted and very dizzy. My fiancé and I got kinda frisky two weeks ago, but I was never penetrated, and he didn’t orgasm. My period is supposed to start today. What on earth is going on with me??

Note: I’m on birth control and take it faithfully.
