Not too sure if they really do scam but by the looks of their Yelp reviews it looks like they do. I got hired for this company called reliable service as a customer service representative as they call it. Honestly doesn’t even seem like that though they want us to be quick on the phone and get straight to the point of setting up an appointment for a technician to get sent out their home.

In training he said when they ask how are you doing just say good and don’t ask them how they’re doing. I thought that was ridiculous. I feel like I’m not even working as a customer service representative more as a receptionist. I don’t want to represent a company that has bad reviews and don’t do their job right. I’ve been depending on EDD the past year to help support my family of 3.

I am also of the Christian faith so I live by what the Bible tells me so I want to do life righteously and it’s not sitting right with me. But also want to step foot for an opportunity to do something different and add this to my resume.
