Bad night - miscarriage scare :(

Ugh had a miscarriage scare tonight. I was cramping so bad it felt like period cramps and weird painful twinges near my nether parts. We went to the hospital and I couldn’t stop crying. I’m always so scared I’m going to lose it due to my health issues.

They checked me and said my cervix was closed but there was a tiny amount of blood. I got a vaginal ultrasound and I have never been more relieved to see something.

The baby is fine. I saw lil' xenomorph’s heart beating and it’s measuring exactly 6wks which is right on time. I was so relieved to hear the heart beating and the nurse told me it’s 110 bpm so that’s really good for how old it is.

I just want to make it out of the 1st trimester already. I'm so stressed. 😢
