Private Scan Question

Hi, does anyone know if you book a private scan at an ultrasound clinic will they tell you if anything is wrong, like not seeing the heartbeat? Or will they just refer you back to your OB? I’m 8 wks and I am just so worried about a missed miscarriage. You see the stories on here and my heart breaks for those ladies. I just want to be extra sure and waiting another month till I see babe again seems like torture!
