Waking up crying

My baby has been waking up a few hours too early in the morning crying because he wants boob. He’s not hungry because he does it like every 10 minutes and every time I start to fall asleep again he will cry again for it. He’s using me as a pacifier and it’s killing my back. We bed share so I just roll to my side so we can just fall back asleep and laying on my side for that long with my back arched in is hard. I have small boobs that’s why I have to bend weird lol. I’m assuming he’s teething but it’s killing me
