Heat rash? Hives? Baby acne? Help!

My baby girl has had this rash like looking thing going on for a couple days now. She's 3 weeks old and it's only on her face (and on occasion I see it on her ears. Sometimes it appears to fade a bit but then comes back a couple minutes later. Can anyone help me figure out what it is/ what I can do for her.

Likely just baby acne. It typically shows up around 3-4 weeks. You can try things to clear it but honestly it goes away on its own in a couple weeks.

Same. 3 weeks as well It’s only my my baby’s face and ears and goes away slightly then I see it again. I’ve been putting my breast milk on it. It’s normal though I had this with my first baby as well.

Baby acne. By baby #3 I’ve learned leaving it alone is the best solution. I’ve tried everything with the previous two, and it always got worse. This time I left it alone and it’s been clearing rapidly.

looks like baby acne. my baby has this too. we just wipe her face with a damp washcloth once or twice a day and it seems to help but supposedly it goes away on its own in a few weeks.
