Help pls!!

So I got a very positive ovulation test on January 28th/29th my husband and I BD on the 25th 28th and 29th Im 6/7 DPO & 9 days from predicted AF and I’m having spotting that’s light pink? Ive never had AF come that early and normally when AF shows up I’m having a different kind of cramp right now I’m having a tingling/pulling sensation in my left abdomen and slightly in my lower back I experienced the same cramping last night without the back pain! Could this possibly be implantation?
