PCOS - 9 cycles with Ava and I just got my BFP last Friday. Definitely recommend it! 
However, before you invest in ANY fertility tracker, I recommend that you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler and learn the Fertility Awareness Method to help you better understand your cycles. It’s very possible you just need help timing things a little better. Once you learn FAM, it’s so much easier to find out your fertile time. That way you can try that for a few cycles before investing $100-300 in a fertility tracker.
