Cramps but period is done with...

Hi all.

My period started on Jan 29th and lasted two full days, then that’s it. I didn’t have many of my normal cramps. What’s weird is it was 4 days early which is never normal for me, I’m usually a day or two late if anything. Last cycle, i was 2 weeks late! What’s weird is I’m a couple days out from my period ending and I’m having period cramps/back cramps, waking up with horrible headaches and very tired. Has this happened to anyone? Should i talk to my doctor about my last two cycles? I should also mentioned my fiancé finished inside me (sorry tmi) the day before my period came (unexpectedly 4 days early). I know there’s no chance I’m pregnant... but would him finishing inside me induce my period that early? So strange to me 😣
