Lighter period

So my period is usually heavy With cramps but my cramps vary month by month my period is heavy to the point I wear ultra size tampons and has to be changed every 2.5 hours on day 2-3 usually the first day I can wear a regular or a pad. But this month my day 2 I was able to wear my ultra tampon for 4hours I don’t know is this normal? Lol I am sexually active I only went raw one time but it was super quick! Lol I don’t think I’m pregnant help!
