I’m a first time mom I’m not able to tell the difference between Braxton Hicks and contractions. I’m having like a cramping sensation that starts on my side and they go towards my lower back also baby is moving a lot. Can someone tell me if I am or not having contractions I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant
