I'm so happy my husband is finally home with me, but I'm beyond pissed at this Hospital! My husband was in a bad motorcycle accident. He was lucky to still be alive. I wanted to be by his side at all times but with Covid their visiting hours were weird. I had to leave him and it made me so sad😞. When I would visit him I started noticing how neglected he was being. First he has a button he pushes for the nurses. When I got there he was soaked in his own urine. He had been pushing his button and trying to ask for help to the bathroom but they didn't help him and he had been sitting in his own urine for an hour! I went to go find a nurse and they were sitting at this giant desk like think in the middle of the Hallway just laugh and one even jad her feet up on the desk. Every time I came to visit him he was soaked in his pee and another time he had ended up messing himself and they again left my husband there. He was in pain and now embarrassed because no one would help him and I had to basically go Karen just to get the nurses to help him. They then started putting him in depends because he kept having accidents and he was having accidents because no one would help him to the bathroom. And they still neglected him. They didn't help him get changed out of his depends and he was developing nasty diaper rashes. My poor husband was facing so much humiliation. Hes only 24 and felt so out of control. They called security on me one day because I brought my husband some food and his depend has leaked of pee and poo all over his bed. I lost it on the nurses and they called security. My husband even started telling me he was nervous started getting nervous to even ask for water because they treated him like an inconvenience and always had an attitude. He is home now and I couldn't be happier but I hate that hospital is the only one in town because they are absolutely horrible! They treated him so poorly! Why go into the medical field just to treat your patients like that!
