How long did you wait to buy baby products?

How long after finding out you were expecting did you wait to buy baby items? Whether it just be a single onesie or a crib, what was the first item you bought and how far along were you?

I started buying around 10-12 weeks. We got a bunch of clothes because I couldn’t help myself and a crib right away but everything we are waiting

I’ve started to buy a few bits of clothes already. I’m 15w6d today. I’ll wait until after my 20w scan to buy anything expensive though or start on the nursery. We haven’t bought much yet but we bought the first item at about 8w so we could use it to announce with xx

I bought the first thing at 20 weeks. Which was my daughters first outfit. And we didn’t start to buy the nursery stuff until 30 weeks.
