So yesterday I hit 7 weeks exactly and woke up to some red blood only when I wiped. This was after my first pee overnight ( I went in the middle of the night but lights off so don’t know if I was bleeding then). After this initial blood I have not seen any blood even this morning (24 hrs later) I called my dr. And she advised me since it was bright red to go to the ER. I did and the fetal heartbeat is only 70 bpm. When I had my first trans vaginal US last Friday the baby’s heartbeat was only 64 so my dr assumed it was just starting at 6 weeks. I also had the start of a UTI. Very sad as this was my first pregnancy. I will have my next appt next Friday 2/12 but the outcome is not looking good. Praying for all the first time mamas that you have more success. I’ll be letting things play out and try again as soon as I can.
