4 month old has stuffy nose & running nose?

Its 344am and my son has horrible stuffy nose and he makes noise like if he cant breathe and starts to cry and i have to pick him up😭😭😭😞🥺 he got it because my fault i went outside and it was alittle breezy.  What can i do?????!! And buy for him

Elevate his mattress a little so his head is slightly higher when he sleeps. Run a cold mist humidifier near wherever he sleeps. Saline spray in his nose. Use a nasal aspirator or the nosefrida snot sucker to help clear the congestion. Run a hot shower so it steams up the bathroom and sit in there with him for a little while so the steam loosens up his mucus. 
Little ones breath through their nose and they often sound way worse than they actually are. If your sons chest/stomach start to suck in when he breaths, it means he is struggling to breath and you should get him help asap. If you are ever concerned about your sons health, call his pediatrician. 
These are all recommendations from my sons pediatrician when he was sick.

The cold doesn’t cause the cold. Viruses do. 
Put a few saline drops in his nose and try to get as much out with a bulb or nose frida as you can.
