Question - dye stealer

We are so excited to be adding a second baby to our family BUT does this make sense? I was supposed to get my period the 1st of February. My tests have looked like this starting February 2nd. This one was taken this morning (2/5). Does this mean twins? Or am I just producing a lot of HCG already?

Also, yes I have an appointment booked for next week.
