Yes, you should still give Vitamin D, especially in Canada. We are all Vitamin D deficient at this latitude. Formula and breast milk both have some Vitamin D in it, just like foods we eat do, but adults still need a supplement. Also, every baby eats different amounts of formula, so you can’t guarantee they are getting the appropriate dose.

Depends on where you live and the formula you give - European formula should contain all needed D-vitamin, it was changed a year or so ago.
