Stretch and sweep

This is my third baby. My OB was telling me how he’s on call next week and he wanted to see this pregnancy through til the end. So he said I can deliver at 38 weeks if my body was ready (baby looks perfect). He’s pretty confident that a stretch and sweep will be successful because of my short cervix 😂 I’ve only ever had a stretch. What can I expect from a sweep? My cervix is dilating from the outside in so he thinks my labor will be quick too. How bad does a sweep hurt? 😅
