Recent weight gain?
Unfortunately I’ve been out of work for about 4 months now. (going back to work soon) my old job was pretty active and I would be standing up all day. I could eat whatever I wanted and was still skinny. Since I haven’t been working I’m starting to get chunky in stomach, face and arms. I’m trying to eat healthier (kinda) and keep active but I’m still not the way I was when I was working. What can I do to get fit again when I seem to be making no progress?
