Ovulation Symptoms Pre-Retrieval

Need some insight/reassurance. IVF retrieval scheduled for tomorrow AM. Scan yesterday (stim day 8) was good - bloodwork showed good estradiol and progesterone levels. I triggered with Ovidrel at the correct time last night, and not long after my nipples started hurting. Today I’m having lots of thick, creamy-ish discharge, when up until yesterday it was all egg-white. In a non-IVF cycle tracking setting, I’d assume I just ovulated. Is this anything to be worried or call the clinic about, or is this all normal with the high estrogen levels, etc...?
