opinion ??

So i had unprotected sex on january 27. i am on birth control but always forget to take it at the same time everyday. so i took the plan b pill for the second time that month. ever since then i have been lightly bleeding off and on to heavy spurts of bleeding. i’ve been having cramps & i threw up this morning but i don’t want to say it’s morning sickness. what do you think?
