Silly question about pregnancy symptoms

For those of you that have been pregnant naturally and through IVF are the tww symptoms the same? I’ve only been pregnant via IVF and I always have major cramps after a FET (on successful and unsuccessful transfers). I’m between cycles right now. I’m getting past an IVF miscarriage and I’m kinda hoping for a miracle in the next two months before I start meds again. I’m just curious what symptoms to look for since I’m not currently on any estrogen or progesterone. Are moderate cramps a normal symptom of early pregnancy without progesterone and estrogen or is that just AF?
