Hey all,
In short I'm spotting.
Idk how many dpo, it's really complex. The basics are I have a copper IUD
Faint positive 2/4/21
Blood work 2/4/21: HCG 14
Started spotting 2 days ago, first light pink, yesterday (2/4/21) some dark pink

2/5/21 continuing dark pink, some bright red this morning, and sometimes there's nothing when I wipe. But I'll add progression

Just curious what your thoughts are, is this normal spotting? As said earlier I have an IUD still in, were waiting for Monday to see if my levels rise

Update 2/12/21:
2/8/21-hcg @44, I also got my IUD removed.
2/10/21-hcg @16 😣, some cramping, no blood since IUD was removed...I guess I'm just waiting now

HCG 14 isn’t necessarily a pregnancy, it could be your period or a chemical. If you are pregnant it could be nothing to worry about. I’ve learned you can’t panic too much until after an ultrasound because there’s not much you can do but be healthy.

I think it totally depends on the person. For me red streaks turned to a miscarriage, but my friend had some random bleeding through her first trimester and was ok. Just try to rest and relax. I hope it is all ok!

In my experience it was miscarriage but my SIL bled and carried healthy pregnancies
