Post Iron infusion symptoms

Last Monday I had my first IV iron transfusion and I had a severe delayed anaphylactic reaction to it.

My question is, has this happened to anyone before and if so did you have any adverse symptoms that lasted more than a week? I have been having a lot of chest pain and shortness of breath but doctor is saying it’s most likely anxiety from having anaphylaxis for the first time.

Also has anyone had their skin stained from it, I have a patch that looks like a bad bruise and it’s lowering my confidence. Is there anything I can do so that it’s not permanent??

Any help would be amazing.
