Am I a bad gf if I don’t like kissing my bf all the time ?

Here’s the thing I don’t mind kissing him every now and then. He on the other hands is always trying to kiss me every chance he gets . I love him but it does get annoying some times especially when I’m not in the mood . I just don’t like kissing as much bc he leaves a lot of saliva on and around my lips and I find myself always having to wipe my mouth and clean it sometimes bc his saliva Dries up and I can smell it ..🙃 I know it sounds gross but its not that he has terrible breath it’s just I personally hate when he leaves a lot of saliva and I always tell him and nothing changes .. does that make me mean ?
