Help please!

Okay girls so this is TMI but idk what to do at this point. Long story short, last night I was having sex and it slipped out and CRAMMED into my butthole. Y’all when I tell you my soul left my body and not in a good way. I’d rather be in labor again than feel that pain. Fast forward to today, my butthole hurts SO BAD lmao. Like I can’t walk, pick up my child, sit, do ANYTHING. Is there anything I can do to ease this pain??? How long will this last?? Lawd Jesus help me
