Bleeding after sex...help!

TMI...

So my husband and I are TTC since October 2020 but besides having periods in November and again in January both brought on by provera I haven’t had a normal cycle and was diagnosed with PCOS. Since my last provera induced period in January from January 11-15th I’ve been taking ovulation tests daily and all have been negative. My husband and I had sex this morning, I laid around for a while even though I know I’m not ovulating just trying for a miracle then I went to the bathroom to shower and get ready for the day. When I went to pee I noticed a small amount of blood when I wiped, but that’s the only time I’ve noticed it so far. I wasn’t dry or anything when we had sex and I know that can cause some bleeding sometimes but like I said I wasn’t dry. Has anyone else experienced this? Or any thoughts on what it could be?
