Is my fuck buddy playing head games with me?

The second last time we hooked up, he asked me if I could start coming over way more. So I came over again a week later. He hasn’t talked to me since. He always complains I don’t come over enough, but when I do initiate it, he doesn’t hit me up for a long time. I can’t figure out if he wants more or if he’s trying to keep his distance? Is he afraid of being the one to ask me over?
