Period? Implantation Bleeding?

I was supposed to get my period yesterday, and I didn’t have any symptoms of getting my period - and I didn’t get my period. But I tested with a first response test and got negative. Today I went to the bathroom and saw this on my pad

I figured it was my period coming a day late, but when I went to the bathroom later in the day, I wiped and had nothing there. Usually if I start spotting it just gets heavier and heavier until it’s my full flowing period.

Could this be implantation bleeding?

I’m 14DPO, 1 day past my period.
