Dairy free 🐄
Second breakfast of the day.
I’ll usually do a coconut yogurt as soon as I wake up.
Then I’ll make myself a higher protein meal as soon as I get a minute away from my LO (which is never 😅).
Feel free to leave diary free meal ideas. I live in LA so we have tons of dairy free options/ substitutes here. The bread is vegan (just in case), and the “cream cheese” is dairy free as well. Eggs, bacon, protein shakes (almond milk, banana, Justin’s peanut butter, chocolate syrup), and Justin’s almond butter on a raisin “bagel” are some of my fave breakfasts options right now. 😋
