He can’t hold a job

Has or does anyone know someone who had a hard time at sticking to a job? Whether they lost it because they quit, it wasn’t for them, COVID or most prominently clashing/conflict with co-workers due?

Someone close to me has a hard time with this and especially because he can’t really bite his tongue and I just want to see him stick to something and do well. Do you know anyone who has grown from this? :(
