I really need some advice. I’m so stressed 😩

So I took this dollar store cheapie pregnancy test and got a blazing positive just before the 10 mm. I then ran out and bought a first response and clear blue digital and both are negative. I then took another dollar store cheapie and it has a faint pink line definitely there and definitely pink. I’m so very confused I I started my period on January 27 and ended it on the 30th. The only reason I took the test is because I’ve been having a lot of bad back pain and just feeling off and now I’m just so confused please somebody help me!
