TTC for over 1 year

I had my contraceptive implant removed just over a year now, and ever since my partner and I have been ttc for baby #1. Af was very messed up for the first 6 months but is now normally a 28day cycle. Af is currently a few days late I haven't got my hopes up as I am starting to get signs I'm coming on. Can anyone recommend anything we could take/ do to help spead the process along? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks X
