PLEASE HELP Just wiped & had this

I’m 10+5 & I had sex yesterday for the first time in about 3-4 weeks. Nothing more after I wiped, nothing in the toilet with urine, just this. I called the after hours nurse but got voicemail.

Has this happened to anyone? I had a mc and got pregnant with this baby two weeks after.

Update in case some search for similar experiences: I had an US & baby is a-okay. As all the commenters said it was from sex (my doctors have me go in because of my previous experience/heart condition).
