That’s a liability issue if someone gets hurt. So, not to be a grinch, but my answer would have to be no.

Parental supervision only and I’d probably post a sign of sledding/walking at your own risk and take a photo of it (time stamped on your phone) for legal reasons. 
Even if you say no, people will do it regardless. Honestly, I’d probably put a camera or deer trail camera up so you can record any accidents. Might sound over the top, but I’ve seen enough weird shit over the years that were a lot more cautious.

I would say yes and no depending on if there’s parental supervision. Because it’s on your property it can be a liability.
