I am 27 & since about 2012 I started breaking out on my legs, thighs, back of upper arms and butt right after my period ends. The bumps are small skin colored and only itch if I start to mess with them then the itching is pretty unbearable and bumps seem to get worse.

I’ve read up on Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis which normally happens before your period starts but my bumps are always right after, when testosterone and estrogen are rising. I can’t find much on that scenario.

I was wondering if anyone else experiences this & if you do what have you done to help with it? I’ve set up appointments with dermatologist but by the time they can get me in the bumps are gone so its been hard for them to tell me exactly what it is.
