Please help 😭😭

I need some help, desperately. I’m having cramps and random flashes of nausea - which is how I felt with my first two pregnancies fairly early on - so I took a test....several...too many. I need someone who doesn’t have line eyes. I’m going to go to see my OB here soon just in case it’s something more serious, but I thought I’d see what everyone else can see before I overthink things even more than I already am. There’s already a lot going on and I feel like I’m going crazy.
