I’m over this morning sickness
7 weeks and 4 days, I began having really bad migraines around 10:30pm I went to bed to sleep it off.
2:00AM comes I get hunger pains, I eat a fruit cup and drink some water with saltine crackers.
3:00AM I get nauseous I know something is off because I can’t sleep it away. 12 minutes later I’m in the bathroom. It seems that this is the third night that I have had the same reason of nausea it’s fruit. I don’t understand why because I had fruit this afternoon, and it may have been some fruit cup too but this is the one thing I have been able to eat now I’m questioning. Also a new fruit I’ve added to my diet is cherries. Could this be a trigger?
I’m exhausted by the morning awakenings and truly want this to be over.
